Moonlight Health Services is an LLC formed at the peak of the 2019 COVID 19 pandemic out of the need to care for persons with disabilities who needed assistance with care. The company was founded by Ishmael Tagoe who has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities in the field both as a social worker and direct support manager. Ishmael also holds a PhD in Health Education and has had over 15 years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Lawrence Francis who is the co-owner of the Moonlight has worked over 10 years of experience developing, designing and assisting persons with developmental disabilities.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Mission

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of assistance and care needed for individuals with developmental disabilities to live a life of dignity, respect, and and improved quality of life. Our focus on helping the individuals to be independent and self-advocate of their fundamental rights is essential to ensuring that they are able to live a meaningful life while exploring and utilizing opportunities around them. The quality of service we provide to our individuals is guided based on each individual need specified in their service plan and the need to be active members of their communities.
