At Moonlight Care Services, we offer a lengthy menu of health care support services for individuals with a broad spectrum of needs. From quality-of-life services for those with behavioral or intellectual disabilities to comfortable hospice services, we’re always working for the betterment of our patients and other clients. Homemaker Personal Care

Homemaker/Personal Care, often called HPC, supports a person to be more independent while meeting their daily living needs.

Supported Living

They're a combination of suitable accommodation – which can be your own home – with some forms of personal care

Residential Respite

Residential respite care gives an older person or their carer a break from their usual care arrangements.

Why moon light care services?

Moonlight Health Services is an LLC formed at the peak of the 2019 COVID 19 pandemic out of the need to care for persons with disabilities who needed assistance with care. The company was founded by Ishmael Tagoe who has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities in the field both as a social worker and direct support manager. Ishmael also holds a PhD in Health Education and has had over 15 years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Lawrence Francis who is the co-owner of the Moonlight has worked over 10 years of experience developing, designing and assisting persons with developmental disabilities.

Through a wide range of innovative services of Care, skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people served are active participants in their own care.

We specialize in mental and behavioral health treatment for nursing facilities, individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilitiesand/or developmental disabilities.
