Good support takes compassion and preparation. Our staff complete training that helps them respond safely, understand each person’s needs, and provide consistent support.

CPR & First Aid

Preparation to respond to emergencies and provide first aid.

Individual Service Plans

Training in each person’s plan, preferences, support needs, and goals.

Medication administration

Training for medication support and administration responsibilities.

Incident reporting

Recognizing, documenting, and reporting incidents to support safety and accountability.

Why Moonlight

Care starts with
being seen.

Co-owners Ishmael Tagoe and Francis Njabon each bring ten years of experience as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Direct Support Managers (DSMs). After seeing the need for reliable care during COVID-19, they built Moonlight around a shared belief: support should make a difference in a person’s life.

Our goal is simple: help each person move through their day with dignity—and have more moments that feel genuinely good.

We serve all counties in Ohio, including but not limited to Lucas, Williams, Wood, Fulton, and Ashland counties. Contact us to discuss services and availability in your area.
