Listen first
Preferences, routines, communication, and goals help shape meaningful support.
Our story
Moonlight Care Services grew from hands-on experience and a shared belief: caring for someone means more than showing up. It means helping them enjoy a fuller, more connected life.

From experience to purpose
Co-owners Ishmael Tagoe and Francis Njabon each bring ten years of experience as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Direct Support Managers (DSMs). During the COVID-19 period, they saw how difficult it could be for individuals and families to find reliable care. That experience strengthened their commitment to support that is dependable, personal, and focused on making a difference.
Today, Moonlight places active community participation at the heart of its work. Outings, relationships, favorite activities, and everyday choices help people with developmental disabilities enjoy life on their own terms.
Preferences, routines, communication, and goals help shape meaningful support.
We encourage participation and respect what each person wants their day to include.
Relationships, activities, and community experiences are part of a fulfilling life.
